Use of Service
HD2Blade provides access to its digital signage platform and website subject to these terms. By accessing or using HD2Blade services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Use of the service is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. HD2Blade cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify HD2Blade of any unauthorized use of your account.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in accordance with the plan selected and agreed-upon terms. Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation policies are defined in your service agreement. HD2Blade reserves the right to change pricing with appropriate notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HD2Blade services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms. Prohibited uses include distributing harmful content, attempting unauthorized access, or using the platform in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Limitations
HD2Blade services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HD2Blade's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amounts paid for the services in question. HD2Blade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
